Here's a video of Failure playing the song "Smoking Umbrellas" live. The video has to be old, since the band broke up like 10 years ago. The song is from the band's under appreciated spacey grunge album "Fantastic Planet," which is like 18 songs about heroine.

I have no idea who shot the video, or why they are obsessed with focusing on Ken Andrews.
